Kamas Carquest is seeking a reliable and experienced delivery driver/retail sales associate to join our team.As a retail sales associate, you will be required to do light cleaning, count inventory, answer phones, and assist customers.This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face of our company to our customers.As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in the Wasatch and Summit County areas.If you have excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! Here at Carquest, we work in a fast-paced yet fun environment, where we care about each other and our customers! Schedule:Tuesday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM Responsibilities:-Answer phones with professional phone etiquette.-Help assist customers with any questions or needs, along with ringing them, or issuing returns. Safely operate the delivery vehicles that will be provided - Load and unload goods and products from the vehicle - Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries - Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and while on the counter - Maintain cleanliness and organization in vehicles and in the store - Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.Bilingual is not required, but preferred.Experience: Familiarity with delivery routes in the local areas is a plus (Wasatch and Summit Counties)- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations- Strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading If you meet the qualifications for this position and are excited about joining our team, please apply with your updated resume.We look forward to hearing from you!
