Full-Time Room Attendant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Room Attendant to join our hospitality team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation.This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service are valued.Schedule:You will typically work 8am-4pm on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.There is potential for regularly working another day of the week as well as opportunities to pick-up shifts as needed.Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and sanitizing surfaces Stock and replenish room amenities such as soaps, tissues and other supplies Clean guest kitchen areas to include surfaces, appliances, and dishes Clean guest bathrooms to include sinks, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors Accomplish other cleaning duties according to safety standards using PPE when needed.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Launder linens, towels and deliver other guest service items when prompted by the front desk Follow our lost and found procedure in order to return items to our valued guests Requirements At least 6 months prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is required; training will be provided At least 6 months prior customer service experience preferred You must be legally authorized to work in the US You must be able to speak, read and write in English at a basic level Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service Pay:$17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours:32.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):Please tell us a little bit about yourself and why you are interested in this position.Experience:hotel housekeeping:1 year (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Shift availability:Day Shift (Required) Work Location:In person.
