We're a locally-owned sign shop, specializing in the creation of signs and graphics along with screen printing and embroidery of t-shirts and apparel.We do quality, creative work for businesses and organizations all over Hardin County and beyond! Check out some of our local projects to get a feel for the work we do! https://signarama.com/locations/ky-elizabethtown/gallery Our Production and Install Associates report to our lead installer and managers.You are responsible for sign production, screen printing of t-shirts and apparel, and assisting with sign and graphic installation.You will have plenty of opportunities to work in different areas of the shop and learn new hands-on skills.You may also be asked to make a delivery or help out on an install sometime! All of our vehicles are under CDL so you DO NOT need to be a CDL driver, but will need a valid driver's license and our insurance will run a driver's record check.You must be capable and comfortable of driving these vehicles for installs, deliveries, etc.:Honda Odyssey Van Ford F-250 Utility Truck Ford F-450 Bucket Truck Starting pay depends on experience.This position has room for increase in pay and hours and advancement based on performance, speed and your ability to be trained and be a great team player! Our store is open Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.We're closed on weekends and holidays.As the Production and Install Associate, you'll:Cut various substrates to size using X-ACTO knives, a vertical panel saw, and a shear, as needed Sign painting and assembly Use a wide-format laminating roller table to laminate printed vinyl graphics, and to apply vinyl graphics to various substrates, including aluminum composite, coroplast, and PVC Weed and mask vinyl graphics Install signs and graphics indoors and outdoors Climb ladders and workbenches for installs Climb into ceilings and crawlspaces behind walls for electrical sign installations (wiring low-voltage signs) Screen printing shirts and garments, preparing screens, etc.Assist in routine maintenance of equipment and cleaning of the shop and vehicles Make deliveries in company vehicles Help keep track of inventory Training will be provided Requirements:Good Attendance! This is a priority for this position because we have to keep on schedule to meet our customers' deadlines! Willing to do physical labor Willing to work indoors or outdoors in the elements year-round Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good at basic math, fractions, and use of a tape measure for measuring signs Able to stand for long periods of time No fear of heights (ladders and aerial lifts 40-60ft in the air) Able to lift 100 pounds Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location:In person.
