Full-Time Sous Chef

Holbrook Life Management- Woods seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to support daily Food & Beverage Operations in our senior living community. The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef with menu execution, food preparation, and high-quality plate presentation tailored to senior residents’ dietary needs and preferences. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance, managing inventory, supporting cost control, and collaborating with care teams on special diets.
