Full-Time Retail Store Supervisor Rove Outfitters/Home is your destination for quality products and an exceptional shopping experience, located inside the vibrant Mohegan Sun. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Store Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail and ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and will be responsible for supervising a team of retail store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager with various tasks. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and inspire a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Sales Growth: Support the store manager in developing and implementing strategies to boost performance and profitability. Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Staff Development: Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Compliance & Communication: Ensure adherence to company policies and local/state regulations, and act as a key communication link between the store and corporate office. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on merchandise, industry trends, and company policies to better serve customers. Requirements: Weekend Availability: Must be available to work both opening and closing shifts on weekends. Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisor/keyholder role is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for retail. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to exceed expectations. Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationships with customers. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills to address challenges quickly and effectively. Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and remain energetic in a fast-paced environment.
