Job Description
The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking full-time Urologists to join its multi-specialty practices in Staten Island and Brooklyn! With easy access to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, Staten Island is a residential community, with many attractions for families, such as the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children’s Museum. The large patient community typically stays on Staten Island for their routine care. Mount Sinai Doctors Staten Island offers comprehensive care where patients can see a variety of specialties. Additionally, the site has a comprehensive support team, including medical assistants. Dyker Heights is a 10,000 square foot, 3 Stories of fully built medical offices. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented Physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System. The physician will be joining a growing Mount Sinai practice that serves this rapidly changing, dynamic and growing neighborhood. Mount Sinai Brooklyn Hospital, located in the East Midwood section of the borough, serves patients from neighborhoods that include Midwood, Madison, Marine Park, Mill Basin, East Flatbush, Flatlands, Canarsie, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay. Candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for Urology and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System. Work with a large primary care referral base and almost every specialty including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and hematology/oncology Serve a diverse population and live in a neighborhood with excellent school districts Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, PA’s, urodynamics, full service on site imaging center with brand new Siemens MRI and PET CT, ultrasound, on site lab Epic No teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities required Competitive salary and benefits offered including productivity bonuses, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Medical Degree from an Accredited University New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System Thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery Compensation range from 400K to 600K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits) Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
