Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Welder / Ironworker specializing in custom railings and metal fabrication. This role involves fabricating, welding, and installing railings and structural metalwork at both shop and job site locations. The ideal candidate has strong stick welding (SMAW) experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in the field installing finished work. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and layouts Fabricate custom railings, stairs, fences, and structural metalwork in shop Perform stick welding (SMAW) for fabrication and field installation Install railings and metalwork on job sites (residential and commercial) Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately Perform on-site welding, adjustments, and repairs as needed Operate basic hand and power tools (grinders, cutters, drills, etc.) Maintain clean and safe work practices following OSHA standards Ensure finished work meets quality and structural standards Requirements Proven welding and ironwork experience (construction or fabrication preferred) Strong experience in stick welding (SMAW) Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints Experience in installation work (railings or structural metal preferred) Ability to work in both shop and field environments Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable transportation to job sites Preferred (Not Required) Experience with architectural or ornamental ironwork (railings, stairs, gates) Spanish speaker preferred Prior field installation experience Additional Information This is a full-time position with consistent work in both shop fabrication and field installation. We value craftsmanship, reliability, and safety. Candidates should be comfortable working on job sites and producing high-quality finished metalwork. Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day Work Location: In person
