Position: Defense Business Development Representative Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Compensation: $100K-$120K Base + Bonus Benefits: Full medical, retirement, vacation, and direct full-time employment Travel: Up to 25% Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with defense, aerospace, and government customers Build relationships with engineering teams, procurement, program managers, and military stakeholders Generate and qualify leads through outreach, trade shows, and marketing efforts Support SBIR, OTA, and other government-funded opportunity pursuits Coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal engineering teams Maintain pipeline activity in CRM and help advance opportunities to proposal stage Ideal Background Experience selling into DoD, defense contractors, or aerospace customers Business development / hunter mentality Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing, or power systems preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel domestically
