Job Description
Job Purpose: To assist with various fundraisers and assist with the development, planning, and execution of each fundraiser. Responsibilities: The Fundraiser Coordinator performs a wide range of duties, including some or all of the following: Works closely with other board members for assistance in their specific areas (secretary adding information to calendars, lead volunteer for volunteers and advertising flyers/social media, VP adding to bulletin board, and any other help needed). Calling corporations/companies for sponsorship donations. Main contact for vendors and outside parties. Organizes scheduled fundraisers/events/activities. Appoints volunteers to help set up and tear down fundraiser events. Types, utilizing a computer keyboard and word processing software, and edits a variety of documents, creates spreadsheets, and word documents for multiple files. Assisting with various fundraising projects. Printing, collecting, and filing documents about each fundraiser. Stuffing and addressing envelopes.
