Furniture Service Technician

We are seeking a detail oriented Furniture Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician will clean, repair, and restore outdoor furniture, ensuring customer satisfaction.They will refinish high quality outdoor wood sets, clean outdoor cushions and wicker sets.Company Overview:At Viridien, we strive to enhance our customers' lives by transforming their outdoor spaces into luxurious extensions of their homes.With the largest selection of in-stock outdoor furniture in the Carolinas and access to thousands of custom order options, we are committed to providing exceptional service and quality products.Responsibilities:Maintain inventory of supplies for CPR vehicles.Clean cushions, umbrellas, wicker furniture, cantilevers and restore aluminum furniture at customers' homes.Perform inspections on problem items within or past warranty deadlines for repair.Make repairs to outdoor furniture.Wood refinishing, including sanding and application of oil Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers Comply with attendance policies Other as needed Skills/Qualifications:Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Customer-focused Physically fit and able to handle physical requirements Reliable and on time to work Detail oriented Self-motivated Possess honesty and integrity Physical Requirements:Heavy lifting of over 150 lbs Loading and unloading trucks Walking and standing often throughout the day Furniture assembly Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) 3% Match 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule:Monday to Friday No weekends Ability to Commute:Charlotte, NC 28273 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Charlotte, NC 28273:Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
