The contractor shall provide FOUR (4) planners for 24-hour support, serving as principal advisors and subject matter experts for the integration and employment of joint and multinational lethal and non-lethal fires at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level. Deliverables & Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning Process (JPP). Develop Fires and Targeting portions of Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs. Ensure long-range precision fires are synchronized with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assets. Facilitate the Decide, Detect, Deliver, and Assess (D3A) methodology within the Joint Targeting Cycle. Represent ASCC interests during the Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB). Coordinate with Theater Fires Cell, JFACC, and multinational partners. Support Crisis Action Planning (CAP) cells and draft executive-level Information Papers as needed. Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience. Professional Requirements Direct military experience in Field Artillery or Air Defense. Graduation from Captains Career Course and Intermediate Level Education (ILE/CGSC). Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level I/II strongly preferred. Mastery of FM 3-09 and JP 3-60. Proficiency with AFATDS, JADSI, and GCCS-J. Must possess and maintain active TS/SCI clearance.
