About the Role This isn't a stand-in-the-corner job.You're part host, part storyteller, part technician -- resetting rooms, engaging guests, troubleshooting on the fly, and keeping everything clean and running smoothly.On busy days it's high-energy teamwork -- back-to-back groups, a crew in sync, and guests who are counting on you to bring it.On slower shifts, there's always something to tinker with, fix, or improve.Some Game Masters lean into the theatrical side.Others bring great humor and energy.The best ones know how to read a room -- and show up every single shift ready to do it again.We will consider SEASONAL employment for the right candidate.Is that you? What You'll Do Reset and restore rooms quickly and accurately between every group Deliver engaging game briefings that set the tone for the experience Monitor live games and provide hints that guide without giving away the answers Troubleshoot basic tech and prop issues on the fly Handle light cleaning, minor repairs, and opening/closing duties What We're Looking For Age 18 or older Consistently reliable and able to commit to the posted schedule -- this matters more than almost anything else Available Thursday-Sunday, plus select holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) Comfortable speaking to groups and leading the room Able to stay calm and adaptable when things don't go according to plan Basic tech troubleshooting ability and a knack for fixing things Takes pride in their work and is trusted to run their shift independently Preferred (But Not Required) Customer service or hospitality experience Theater, improv, or public speaking background A genuine appreciation for puzzles, games, or hands-on problem solving Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable sitting for extended periods while monitoring games Ability to kneel, reach, and use a step stool or ladder Why Work With Us?
