Now Hiring Garde Manger / Prep Cook Houston Heights Area We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Garde Manger / Prep Cook to join our growing kitchen team in a high-standard tea room and boutique catering environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, precision, consistency, and working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced but thoughtful kitchen. Responsibilities Sandwich and salad preparation Tea service production Cold station and garde manger setup Basic prep work and mise en place Maintaining cleanliness and organization Assisting with catering prep and event production Following recipes, plating standards, and food safety procedures What We re Looking For Positive attitude and team mentality Strong attention to detail Pride in clean, beautiful food presentation Ability to stay organized under pressure Dependability and punctuality Willingness to learn and grow Experience in catering, caf , tea room, or scratch kitchens is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and genuine interest in food.
