Duties Supervise, coordinate and contribute to daily maintenance activities of the garden crew, ensuring efficient completion of landscape maintenance, planting, and pruning Oversee garden care operations such as weeding, pruning, trimming, planting, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Lead crew with regular property visits to monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress though garden maintenance Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner Manage daily schedules and ensure efficient time management requirements Accurately track and document time and materials for each property Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor work with a focus on landscaping or horticulture Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor settings Expertise in garden care practices including pruning, planting, health assessment and risk management Ability to operate and maintain irrigation systems effectively is a bonus not required Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining safety standards Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed.Join us as a Garden Crew Lead where your leadership will shape vibrant landscapes that inspire communities!
