Job Summary Looking for motivated individuals who love working outside, enjoy connecting with people, aren't scared of a little hard work & dirt, and can withstand the crazy Colorado Springs weather changes. Garden experience and knowledge a huge bonus although we are willing to train those eager to learn! A positive attitude and a team player is a must! Average weekly hours: M-F 26-32 hrs (weather permitting) *some part-time hrs & days available **extra hours for some Saturday plantings also available Pay based on experience and knowledge: starting at $16.50-$18.00 This season is looking to be a great one and we'd love to make you apart of our growing family! Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and mulching to promote healthy plant growth Operate hand tools and power tools safely for landscape tasks Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks such as weed control, debris removal, and soil conditioning Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems and greenhouse operations Experience with gardening, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in gardening This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in horticulture while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
