Garden Crew Member Position Summary Garden Life is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Garden Crew Members.This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing beautiful, high-quality gardens that align with our company's commitment to excellence in design and horticulture.Crew members assist with set procedures of hands-on gardening tasks, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous care and attention to detail.This is an entry-level, full-time seasonal position running from early April to mid-December, with opportunities for growth into more advanced roles as skills develop. Key Responsibilities Assist with garden installation and maintenance, including planting, weeding, watering, and deadheading. Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, using tools and materials responsibly. Interact respectfully and professionally with clients and coworkers. Following procedures Garden Life has implemented. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Basic gardening experience, including plant care and maintenance. Strong physical endurance; ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the workday. Basic writing and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay:$20 - $25/hour, based on experience and work ethic.
