Garden Crew Member / Garden & Plant Expert

We're hiring a Garden Crew Member / Garden & Plant Expert to join Breakthrough Property Services for the spring, summer, and fall season.This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of plants and gardens who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful landscape beds and outdoor spaces throughout the Lakes Region.Responsibilities include:Weeding and detailed garden bed maintenance Planting annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees Mulch installation and edging Pruning and deadheading Identifying common plants and recognizing basic plant care needs Assisting with seasonal cleanups and landscape projects What we're looking for:Gardening and plant knowledge Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred What we offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady seasonal work Great team environment Opportunity for growth and additional hours Based in Meredith, NH and serving the surrounding Lakes Region.To apply or learn more, send us a message.Pay:$25.14 - $30.28 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
