Looking for 1 person to join our New Milford based garden maintenance/landscape installation team.Tasks to include but not limited to installing new gardens, annual plantings and seasonal container planting, maintaining gardens, mulching, edging, pruning and trimming plants.Requirements:A Connecticut driver license.Experience with physical work, either in landscaping or similar work.Applicant must be legal to work in the US.Applicant must have the ability to stay off their phone for extended periods of time.Must have reliable transportation.Knowledge of plants and basic horticulture skills is preferred.Applicant must be energetic, have a great attitude with a willingness to learn.Applicant must have the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.Applicant must be able to lift/push heavy objects for long periods of time.Applicant must have a neat appearance, be efficient and detail orientated.Applicant must be able to work with a team and communicate with others.Spanish is helpful but not necessary.We are a smoke free workplace.Job Type:Part time.20-30 hours a week.Respond by email or through Indeed.Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour License/Certification:CT Drivers License (Required) Ability to Commute:New Milford, CT (Required) Work Location:In person.
