Job SummaryWe are seeking a Gardener to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful gardens, throughout Bellevue and Seattle.This position offers:Full time hours Monday through Friday PTO Sick Pay Paid Holidays Employer paid heath insurance Some opportunities for OT Pay starting $26-$30 depending on experience Duties Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and maintain a variety of plants Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners Use power tools including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing Qualifications Proven experience in gardening or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance Knowledge of irrigation systems Familiarity with lawn care equipment and power tools required for landscaping tasks Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various gardening scenarios Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to garden upkeep Pay:$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location:In person.
