Trillium Garden Design and Maintenance is an all organic and pollinator-friendly company.We do private garden maintenance at various locations from east of the Mississippi River to western Wisconsin.We are seeking positive and energetic, full-time and a part time seasonal employee.Currently hiring for 1 full-time and one part time position.Job includes, but is not limited to:weeding, raking, pruning, sweeping, deadheading, mulching, and planting.All tools will be supplied.Work week is Monday-Friday, as weather allows; pay is based on experience.We meet on the job-site at the beginning of each work day.Requirements: Good communication skills Working cell phone Driver's license Car/reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent (18+) Must track time using provide time clock app Physically, must be able to lift 50-75 pounds and kneel, bend, or squat for long periods of time Prior experience is helpful Our ideal employee: Is punctual Is detail-oriented Is flexible Has good time management skills Presents a professional image to clients and team Takes direction well and is willing to learn Enjoys working as part of a team Enjoys being outdoors Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Experience:Gardening:1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:Multiple locations.
