Gardner/Permacultarist

Gardener / Permaculturist (Independent Contractor) We are looking for a gardener or permaculturist to help maintain and improve our landscape.This is a contract position (1099) where you set your own hours and bring your own expertise.Tasks may include:Caring for and maintaining native plants Pruning and trimming fruit trees Advising on water reduction strategies (drought-tolerant planting, mulching, irrigation improvements) Transitioning lawns to more resilient mixes or alternatives General seasonal garden care and ecological improvements What we're looking for:Experience with native plants and permaculture principles Knowledge of fruit tree care and sustainable landscaping Reliable, self-directed, and creative in finding ecological solutions Must provide own tools and transportation Details:Independent contractor (1099) role Flexible schedule -- you choose your own hours Located in Oregon Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.12 - $26.64 per hour Work Location:In person.
