Garnishment Specialist

A company is looking for a Garnishment Specialist I who will ensure accurate and timely wage garnishment payments for customers' employees. Key Responsibilities Review and set up all garnishment orders, including preparation of orders and correspondence Maintain garnishment rules in the payroll system and research proper withholding according to state rules Process reports for automated answer letters and resolve payroll and garnishment inquiries Required Qualifications General knowledge of payroll functions and processing, including bookkeeping and garnishments Proficient use of PC spreadsheet applications Ability to work within established service level deadlines Experience with troubleshooting and analysis Ability to engage in low frequency telephone interactions with garnishment agencies
