Korn Ferry is partnering with our client on their search for a Gas Scheduler. Company Overview: Our client is a natural gas midstream company focused on building, owning, and operating gas gathering, processing, and treating infrastructure across East Texas and North Louisiana The company operates an expanding asset base that includes over 200 miles of gathering pipelines and multiple compression and treating facilities across several interconnected systems Headquartered in Houston (Katy area), it is a fast-growing platform led by experienced industry professionals with deep expertise in midstream operations The organization has experienced significant growth, having doubled in size over the past year, with continued expansion expected as new assets and systems come online Our client operates in a dynamic, build-mode environment where employees have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to growth while gaining broad exposure across the business The culture is highly collaborative, family-oriented, and laid-back, with a strong emphasis on trust, flexibility, and giving employees autonomy without micromanagement Role Summary: Title: Natural Gas Scheduler Reports to: Director of Operations / Scheduling Leadership Location: Houston, TX (Katy area; in-office with flexibility over time) Team Involvement: Works closely with commercial, accounting, measurement, and field operations teams Primary Focus: Manage daily gas scheduling, balancing, and coordination across pipelines, plants, and counterparties while supporting a growing midstream platform Key Responsibilities: Manage daily and monthly gas scheduling across multiple pipelines and systems Coordinate nominations, confirmations, and scheduling activity with pipelines, producers, and customers Monitor and manage imbalances, cuts, and capacity constraints across the system Ensure
