Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandising products Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities Manage inventory levels through stock checks and restocking supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and handling inquiries professionally Enforce safety protocols at the pump area and store to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Previous cashiering experience with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies Experience in supervising or leading team members is preferred but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally in person or over the phone Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Job Type:Full-time Pay:$13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
