UHP's best-in-class clinical program covers three sub-specialties (urology, gastroenterology, and radiation oncology) and offers numerous ancillary services, including pathology lab, in-office dispensing, and chronic care management. UHP is currently affiliated with 154 providers consisting of 110 physicians and 44 advanced practice providers operating out of 50 locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California. POSITION SUMMARY The Physician/Gastroenterologist is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. The Gastroenterologist will evaluate and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up care. This role will also monitor the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communication with other physicians, staff, and patients is paramount in this position to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.
