JOB SUMMARY: Are you a diligent and hard-working individual who can work independently, looking for an excellent job opportunity? Be part of the team that provides support to a Palm Beach townhome property located near the Lake Worth bridge area. You will monitor the security cameras, manage visitor access and serve as the gate attendant. Other duties include responding to the resident's needs and keeping the property area safe, secure and clean. Priority consideration will be given to those who have experience in a security and/or a similar position. Current shift is 4:00 pm - midnight, but subject to change as needs and coverage require. Flexibility and availability of time is required. Clean background checks will be required for hire. Duties Screen entrance for visitors/vendors, ensuring only authorized persons enter the property. Greet and communicate with everyone and answer inquiries and requests promptly and in a professional manner. Problem solve to identify issues and troubleshoot efficiently. Comply with all safety standards and facility regulations. Ensure the day-to-day needs of the property and residents are met properly and in a timely manner. Keep gatehouse area clean, organized and secure; occasional upkeep to include exterior maintenance, cleaning common areas, pool and deck. Monitor security systems and advise management and/or Association president of any issues. Occasional driving in the local area to run errands/pick up supplies. Qualifications Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and time effectively. Clear communication skills to interact successfully with team members, management, residents and the Board of Directors. Technology proficiency to be able to operate and understand computerized security systems. Prior experience in property security/security gate attendant is a plus. Available to work flexible shift hours as normal work schedule, evening, weekend, overtime and holiday coverage might require. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
