What You’ll Do As a Gear Shop & Fan Experience Team Member, you’ll be one of the smiling faces that make Deep River so special. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, retail sales, fan experience, and firearms sales. You’ll help guests check in, shop, and have a great time while keeping our shop running smoothly. Daily responsibilities include Greeting guests with energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality Checking in customers for shooting and events Operating POS systems for retail, gear, and ammo sales Providing product knowledge and recommendations Assisting with merchandising and inventory Learning the firearms side of the business (must pass a background check) Bringing the Fans First, Entertain Always attitude every day What We’re Looking For A big smile and a naturally upbeat personality entertain ALWAYS — this is non-negotiable! Qualifications Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment Basic computer and cash handling experience preferred Interest in firearms, sporting clays, or outdoor recreation is a plus Must be available to work weekends and holidays (WEEKEND BUSINESS) Things NOT needed for this job Forklift certification, any kind of warehouse experience, firearm knowledge.
