Overview Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a fast-growing Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) bringing affordable, high-speed internet to communities across Buffalo NY. We’re building the infrastructure that connects people, and we need experienced leaders in the field to make it happen. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and labor tasks on various job sites Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with demolition or site prep work Operate hand and basic power tools under supervision Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment Help with assembling and installing construction components Transport and dispose of construction debris Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards Requirements: Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at CBN America LLC will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
