The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership, providing strategic legal advice and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves managing legal risks, overseeing all legal matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex legal issues. The General Counsel will also be responsible for contract negotiation, litigation management, and will play a pivotal role in the company's strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and acquisitions. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school and extensive experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation.
