LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); Program Management; and Security & Intelligence solutions. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines. We are seeking Part Time Custodial Workers- ( Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm) work up to 40 hrs every two weeks, in high-end government office buildings. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience. Responsibilities: Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.) Clean Locker Rooms and Showers Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements Work Environment: Government Office Buildings Job Type: A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Must pass Background check.
