POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient General Dentistry role within stable and structured community healthcare organization Bread-and-butter dentistry opportunity with full clinical and administrative support staff Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance and continuity of care Community-focused practice emphasizing efficiency, patient relationships, and structured workflows Historic Central Pennsylvania location with access to Harrisburg and surrounding communities COMPENSATION Base Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Relocation assistance available up to $10,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday late clinic: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM No weekends required No call responsibilities ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services Deliver preventative and restorative dental treatment plans Maintain patient-centered documentation and continuity of care Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff Support accessible and community-focused oral healthcare services ENVIRONMENT Stable outpatient dental clinic setting Full clinical and administrative support staff provided Structured and collaborative workflow environment Community-centered patient population Team-oriented clinical culture BENEFITS Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 23 PTO days during year one 9.5 paid holidays Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Employer-paid life insurance up to $50,000 403(b) retirement plan with 2% employer match $75 annual uniform allowance Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Full support staff provided Requirements: Clear and active Pennsylvania dental license REQUIRED Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Ability to work within structured outpatient dental environment REQUIRED Team-oriented and community-focused care approach REQUIRED Bread-and-butter dentistry experience preferred Not ready to formally apply?
