Who We're Looking For a Dentist who: Has a positive, growth-minded attitude. Wants to develop advanced skills through mentorship and CE. Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. Values family, fun, and meaningful patient relationships. Either high-performing already, or eager to become one. Good communication skills that help educate patients on the value of dentistry as well as communicate with team members in a proactive manner. Your Role & Impact As a General Dentist at Watts Dental, you will: Deliver excellent, evidence-based care that earns patient trust. Handle a wide variety of cases - from everyday dentistry to advanced procedures - WIth full support. Collaborate daily with peers, specialists, and lab team members.
