OverviewJoin our dynamic agricultural team as a General Farm Laborer and become a vital part of cultivating, maintaining, and caring for our crops.This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment where your hands-on skills and passion for farming will directly contribute to the success of our operations.Responsibilities Assist with planting, harvesting, watering, and crop maintenance using various farm machinery and hand tools, as needed Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery, equipment, and irrigation systems as needed Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks involving heavy lifting, power tools, or operating heavy machinery.Qualifications Must have reliable transportation Must be able to obtain Industry credentials Knowledge of farming techniques, horticulture, greenhouse management, or growing experience is desirable.Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or feeding schedules.This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to sustainable farming practices while developing their skills across multiple facets of agriculture.We value proactive team players who are committed to safety, quality work, and continuous learning in a thriving farm environment.Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Work Location:In person.
