We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a first-level Operations Technician at CRDN of Arizona! As a first-level Operations Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, assessing, and packing out contents, art, electronics, and/or textiles at properties that have experienced fire, water, or other types of damage, and coordinating the restoration process.Responsibilities include:Learn to use the cleaning protocols for cleaning contents, art, and electronics items Ensure that all work meets industry standards and quality control measures Support the execution and completion of pack-outs using tools in place Follow and use the pack out calendar Follow general operations technician duties that include:uploading pictures, getting paperwork signed through proprietary software, packing out the jobs using the correct protocols (container tags, locating, etc), make sure all jobs are located, barcoded, and accounted for.Opportunities:At CRDN of Arizona, we are dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering growth.Whether you're just starting or looking to take your career to the next level, our structured career path offers clear milestones and opportunities for advancement.We provide the tools, training, and support you need to climb the ladder of success within our organization, rewarding your dedication and hard work every step of the way.Requirements & Preferences:Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multi-task Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work in environments that have been damaged by water or fire Preferred:Experience in property restoration, insurance, or related fields Pay Rate:$17-23/per hour (depends on experience).
