Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor/Cleanup team member to join our operations.This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, supporting the overall efficiency of our team.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks consistently and safely.This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our projects while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.Compensation:$21.45 per hour Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm Dress code:Steel-toed work boots (not steel-toed sneakers or any other variation), pants and shirts with sleeves required Duties:Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks both inside the facility and outside in the yard to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met Assist (by hand or with forklift) with debris removal, trash disposal, and site tidying to support smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workspaces to prevent hazards and ensure operational readiness Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and labor activities Support ongoing project tasks by providing manual labor assistance Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors Experience:Prior experience in general labor, cleanup, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Previous forklift experience is required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently over extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual labor environments is advantageous This position is an excellent entry point for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.We value hardworking candidates eager to contribute positively while developing essential skills for future growth.IND Pay:$21.45 per hour Application Question(s):Do you have steel toed boots?
