Master Fibers, Inc.est buscando un Ayudante General confiable y trabajador para unirse a nuestras operaciones de reciclaje.El candidato ideal ayudar en las tareas diarias de limpieza, clasificaci n y atenci n a los clientes que llegan.Este puesto requiere resistencia f sica, atenci n al detalle y compromiso con la seguridad y la responsabilidad ambiental.RESPONSABILIDADES Determinar el m todo adecuado de disposici n de materiales.Clasificar manualmente tarimas y materiales reciclables.Seguir t cnicas adecuadas de reciclaje y las normas/reglas del centro.Brindar informaci n y asistencia al p blico.Clasificar y separar cart n reciclable de materiales no reciclables.Mantener la limpieza y organizaci n del rea de trabajo.Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y usar el equipo de protecci n personal (EPP) adecuado.Ayudar con el inventario y la documentaci n de los materiales reciclados.Reportar fallas en el equipo o riesgos de seguridad a los supervisores.Trabajar en condiciones con exposici n a ruido, polvo y clima variable.Realizar otras tareas generales asignadas por la gerencia.REQUISITOS Se prefiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo.Capacidad para usar equipo de protecci n personal durante las actividades laborales.Disposici n para trabajar en ambientes exteriores.Capacidad para manejar cargas f sicas, levantar hasta 50 libras y permanecer de pie por per odos prolongados.Capacidad para aprender y realizar m ltiples tareas en un entorno din mico y priorizar actividades.Conocimientos b sicos de matem ticas.Altamente motivado, aut nomo y orientado al servicio al cliente.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.Disposici n y capacidad para trabajar con horarios flexibles.Capacidad para agacharse, estirarse, inclinarse con frecuencia y caminar/estar de pie constantemente en ambientes exteriores. tica laboral s lida y confiabilidad.Experiencia previa en reciclaje, almac n o trabajo general es una ventaja._____________________________________________________________________________________ Master Fibers, Inc.is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our recycling operations.The ideal candidate will assist in the daily tasks of cleaning, sorting,and helping incoming customers.This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES Determining the judgment of proper disposal methods. Sorting manually pallets & recycling material. Following proper recycling techniques and facility rules/guidelines. Providing information and assistance to the public. Sort and separate recyclable cardboard from non-recyclable materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with inventory and documentation of recycled materials. Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment while performing work activities. Willingness to work in outdoor environment. Ability to handle physical workload to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize. Basic math skills. Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness and ability to work in a flexible schedule. Ability to be frequently bending/reaching/stooping and constantly walking/standing on a outside environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Previous experience in recycling, warehouse, or general labor is a plus.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
