OverviewWe are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labor / Planting Line / Order Pullers.This role involves supporting various production and warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on quality and efficiency.Responsibilities Assist with planting on the production line Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment Load and unload materials and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety standards Operate basic equipment and tools required for production tasks Support team members in meeting daily production goals Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order pulling and quality control Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or agricultural settings is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to the overall success of the operation.We welcome motivated individuals ready to take on diverse tasks in a supportive team setting.Pay:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
