Skilled General Laborer III -- Processing We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer III to support our egg processing operations.This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly by operating equipment, preparing materials, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the packing line.If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in safety and quality, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Operate loaders, Easy Lift/Robot systems, and box-making equipment Maintain continuous product flow and assist with line operations Prepare boxes, pallets, trays, and packaging materials Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and egg washer components Monitor equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns Support food safety and quality standards Wash and stack reusable flats, pallets, and dividers Work closely with leads to stage and complete orders Follow all workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic math and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Work Environment:Fast-paced production setting with changing temperatures and moving equipment.We offer steady work, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within the company.If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to contribute, apply today!
