Job SummaryWe are seeking energetic and dependable General Laborers to join our dynamic manufacturing team.In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.Your hands-on contributions will help ensure smooth assembly, efficient material handling, and overall operational excellence.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain factory experience in a collaborative environment committed to safety and quality.Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all components meet quality standards Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the manufacturing facility or warehouse area Support the setup and breakdown of assembly lines, ensuring continuous workflow and minimal downtime Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety protocols and cleanliness standards Handle materials efficiently by loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in the warehouse or production zones Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety guidelines Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery or equipment as needed Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse environment is advantageous Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods throughout shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems is a plus Join us in a role that offers hands-on involvement in a thriving manufacturing environment!
