About Us:At Artsman Global, we transform historic, game-used basketball courts into collectible products, immersive installations, and lasting legacies.Our work celebrates the stories, sweat, and spirit of the game--used by the NBA, NCAA, and passionate fans across the country.We're looking for a General Laborer who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to be part of something meaningful and creative.Job Summary:We're hiring a dependable General Laborer to join our woodshop and production team.You'll assist with preparing reclaimed court wood, supporting our fabrication team, and helping with product assembly and fulfillment.This is a great role for someone who enjoys physical work, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in being part of a team.Responsibilities:Load, move, and organize reclaimed hardwood court materials Sand, prep, and assist in milling wood for use in production Support skilled workers with cutting, assembly, finishing, and installs Assemble and package products for retail and wholesale customers Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop and warehouse Help with shipping prep and inventory organization Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications:Experience in labor, warehouse, or shop environments preferred Comfortable using hand tools and being around saws (training provided) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team Bonus Points For:Interest in woodworking, sports, or custom craftsmanship Previous work with reclaimed materials or custom product assembly Enthusiasm for the Artsman mission and products Compensation & Perks:$18-$25/hour depending on experience Flexible hours - Full-Time available Room to grow into more specialized roles Work in a creative, fast-paced environment tied to sports history Employee discounts on Artsman products Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Safety equipment provided Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
