Job Description
Employee should demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the desire to work in a manufacturing environment.Employee must have the ability to work in a team atmosphere to obtain common goals and objectives.Summary of essential Job functions Responsible for de-burr and finish operations on the appropriate jobs in order needed to meet production schedules.Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, internal sketches, and specifications provided by engineering or the customer.Perform quality work.Basic understanding in use of conventional measuring tools and techniques, to assure compliance with technical specifications.Other duties as assigned Qualifications:hand and power tool knowledge is needed Self-directed and personally motivated Attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs Able stand for up to 12 hours per shift Able to communicate and work well with others Able to contribute to a positive work environment by being a team player Good attendance and performance track record All positions require a high school diploma or GED.Post-secondary education is a plus Strong general mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills Able to effectively time manage and prioritize job functions Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards is strongly preferred Basic computer skills Summary As a General Laborer/Assembly, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, contributing to the production process in our factory.With core skills in mechanical knowledge and assembly line operations, you will be involved in various tasks such as food processing, packaging, and mechanical troubleshooting.Your premium skill in operating a forklift will be valuable in moving materials efficiently.Additionally, your relevant experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations will ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.Join us and be a key player in our manufacturing facility, where your skills will be utilized to support our production goals.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Green Bay, WI 54344:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
