Job Summary Job Summary:We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Junk Removal Specialist to join our growing team.This isn't just a lifting job; you are the face of our company.You will be responsible for providing a stress-free experience for our clients by safely removing unwanted items--ranging from household furniture and appliances to yard waste and construction debris--while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, likes being outdoors, and takes pride in helping people declutter and reclaim their space.Responsibilities Responsibilities:Heavy Lifting & Removal:Safely load, haul, and unload heavy items (furniture, appliances, etc.) from residential and commercial properties.Customer Service:Greet customers with a smile, provide on-site estimates when needed, and ensure they are 100% satisfied before leaving the site.Safe Operations:Navigate trucks/trailers safely and follow all safety protocols to prevent injury or damage to client property.Sorting & Disposal:Efficiently sort items for recycling, donation, or disposal at designated transfer stations.Teamwork:Work closely with a partner to complete jobs efficiently and maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements:Physical Stamina:Ability to lift 75lbs consistently throughout the day.Reliability:A strong work ethic and a track record of showing up on time.Communication:Professional demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.License:A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:Previous experience in general labor, moving, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.22 - $29.17 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location:In person.
