Job Title:General Laborer - The Real Autograph Location:Fort Lauderdale, FLJob Type:30 days to hire based on performanceSchedule:Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMCompensation:$18 an hour About Us:The Real Autograph is a leading company in the autographed sports memorabilia industry and is actively expanding into our fast-growing sneaker division.We provide collectors and enthusiasts with authentic, high-quality memorabilia and premium footwear.Our work is rooted in a passion for sports culture, trust in authenticity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.Whether it's a signed jersey or a highly sought-after pair of sneakers, every item that leaves our facility represents history, value, and our dedication to excellence.Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented General Laborer to join our operations team.This hands-on role plays a critical part in preparing, handling, inspecting, and packaging autographed sports memorabilia and sneakers to ensure every item meets our premium standards.The ideal candidate is meticulous, takes pride in their work, and understands that even the smallest detail matters when handling high-value collectibles and footwear.Key Responsibilities:Carefully handle and transport signed memorabilia such as jerseys, balls, helmets, equipment, and collectible sneakers Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory within both the memorabilia and sneaker divisions Inspect sneakers and memorabilia for condition, accuracy, and presentation standards Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring protection, accuracy, and professional presentation Follow specific procedures for handling authenticated items and certificates of authenticity Maintain clean, organized workstations to support a safe and efficient workflow Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and fulfillment goals Qualifications:High School Diploma Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred High attention to detail is essential Ability to work with delicate or valuable items carefully and responsibly Basic understanding of hand tools and packaging equipment Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (lift up to 50 lbs) Punctual, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work What We Offer:Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement A team-oriented workplace Employee discounts on memorabilia On-the-job training with potential for skill development If you're passionate about sports culture, collectibles, or sneakers and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to hear from you.To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience and your interest in working in both the sports memorabilia and sneaker industries.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Describe your knowledge and experience with sports memorabilia and/or sneakers.Ability to Commute:Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
