Hiring:General Maintenance / Handyman (Jersey City, NJ) We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance / Handyman to help maintain our residential properties (including Airbnb units) in Jersey City.This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, proactive, and experienced in handling a variety of maintenance tasks.Location:Jersey City, NJSchedule:Flexible hours (based on maintenance needs)Job Type:Part-time / ContractPay:$30 - $35 per hour Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Coordinate with management on urgent and routine repairs Ensure properties are safe, functional, and guest-ready Report issues, damages, and completed work with photos/videos Requirements:Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar role Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and basic repairs Reliable, responsive, and able to work flexible hours Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must have excellent English communication skills Must have own car for transportation Must have a working smartphone for communication and reporting Additional Details:Must be available for urgent or on-call maintenance when needed Pay:$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Application Question(s):Do you have a reliable car for transportation?
