Fath Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities within the Facilities & Maintenance department. You’ll perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, as well as carpentry and unit turns. You will ensure curb appeal, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service to residents. In our supportive, team‑oriented culture, you’ll collaborate with property staff, assist with renovation projects, participate in on‑call rotations, and help maintain a high standard of quality across our communities.
