This hands-on role handles daily service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance across building systems, ensuring safe, clean, and well-functioning properties. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues; completing work orders promptly; maintaining common areas; assisting with capital and renovation projects; participating in on-call rotation; and supporting vendors.
