General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Technician We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion General familiarity with electric, plumbing and/or carpentry Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory HVAC certification a plus Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Possess Valid Driver's License Possess own tools Can-do attitude Salary commensurate with experience.
