Humble ISD General Maintenance - Maintenance on Demand Reports to: General Crafts Supervisor School/Department: Maintenance Department Pay Grade. Manual Trades/Hourly MT5 Wage/hour status: Non-Exempt/Hourly. Days: 261. Created/revised: December 2023 Primary Purpose Under general supervision: perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and assist with maintenance of grounds. Qualifications Education/Certification: High School diploma or GED. Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record. May be required to successfully complete job ability testing. Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally). Ability to operate hand and power tools. Ability to work independently. Knowledge using computers or iPads. Experience: One year experience in general building maintenance.
