Job Description
Caf Olivia is a fast-growing concept with an unwavering commitment to hospitality and an eye toward what's next. We're looking for a General Manager who leads from the floor, runs a tight operation, and genuinely loves the guest experience. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day of a high-volume caf environment managing a dynamic team, controlling costs, and upholding the standards that make Caf Olivia a neighborhood staple. You'll be the culture-setter, the problem-solver, and the person guests and staff alike rely on to keep things running at their best. The right candidate brings a hospitality-first mindset to every decision whether you're coaching a new team member, managing labor against a busy weekend rush, or sourcing product. A background in specialty coffee and high-volume counter service or fast casual operations is strongly preferred. You know how to read a P&L, build a schedule that works, and hold a team accountable without losing the energy that makes a great caf great. This is not a back-office role. We need a leader who's present, invested, and ready to grow with us. You're a strong fit if you have: 3+ years of restaurant or caf management experience Proven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments Solid grasp of budgeting, labor management, and cost controls A genuine passion for coffee, food, and the guest experience Strong communication skills and a direct, solutions-oriented approach Caf Olivia is growing and we promote from within.
