Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at our Sarasota, FL location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, supervising team members, and fostering an environment that reflects the culture and values of Chicken Salad Chick. Qualifications Proven leadership skills, including team supervision, training, and development Experience in restaurant management and operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and health compliance standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using restaurant management software
